Sesame seed butter (tahini) offers copper to keep skin and joints strong and elastic, and manganese, calcium, iron and zinc to promote strong bones. Tahini has antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and contains sleep promoting tryptophan. Chickpeas are a good source of protein, calcium, and lower LDL cholesterol. Umeboshi Plums and Vinegar are very alkalizing and clean toxic waste from our blood.
